The Online Store of Muletta functions with a well stablished refund policy and checked contained in the conditions of contracting.

This refunds policy it’s only valid in bought products in our Online Store, Facebook and WhatsApp.

It will only cover the cost of shipping realized online in the following cases:

  • Faulty Shipment
  • An error in the shipped product
  • Fabrication Defects

In the remaining cases, the client will bear the shipping cost.

Any person can change an unused item within 10 business days after the purchase contacting with our Costumer Care Center and complying with the following process:

    4. Picture or Name of the product whereby you desire to make the change.
    5. Confirmation of existence
  • Once made the change request, we will respond your request between 48 hours
  • Once the request it’s attended, with the confirmation of existence of the product whereby you desire to make the change, you will have to follow the next steps:  
    1. Check that the conditions of the product comply with the next characteristics:
      1. Check that the product it’s in good conditions, how it was sent or acquired in an outlet.
      2. Check that the product mantains the original labelling.
      3. If possible send the product with the original packaging.

  5. Once made the change request, we will respond your request between 48 hours
  6. Once the request it’s attended, with the confirmation of existence of the product whereby you desire to make the change (if it is the case), you will have to follow the next steps:
