The following Standard Purchase Terms and Conditions (terms) govern the User’s (“you”) purchase made to the Administrator (“us”, “we”) the products offered through the website www.muletta.com.
The User must read, register and agree to these terms before placing an order online. By accessing the e-store and/or placing an order through it, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. In order to place an order of any product offered through the website www.muletta.com, the user must register and create an account. In order to create an account, user must be 18 years of age or older, and agree to these terms and any additional terms or product requirements provided of the Service that you use. The user is required to following these instructions, as well as any additional instructions that appear on the website:

Regarding to the color of the items of clothing that appear on the screen, you should be warned that they may vary depending on your computer screen, not making it possible, for that reason, to ensure that the colors that appear will faithfully match to the item itself. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ADMINISTRATOR performs all efforts to ensure that the colors that appear on the screen display the closest to reality.
To acquire the items you wish you must select them and add them to "My cart" by clicking on the corresponding icon. "My cart" will contain the selected article’s reference, and the price of the same, with an indication of the applicable taxes. To process your order you must register, to do so, you will be asked to provide the necessary personal data, which will be added to our database in order to be able to process the request as well as to make further purchases at www.muletta.com.
Also, you will be able to access your personal data and all your orders information. It is important for you to provide us with information as accurate as possible, in order to avoid confusion or incidents in the delivery of the purchased items. Delivery Form, Expenses and Time Period
The ADMINISTRATOR sends orders to their customers through different nationally and internationally renowned express delivery companies. The delivery date at the User´s address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the delivery zone, being the delivery period of 3 to 5 business days in the case of orders with delivery in Mexico, and 3 to 8 business days in the United States and Canada. For orders with delivery in Asia and Europe the delivery period shall be from 5 to 12 days. The transport period limits indicated are approximate. The shipping costs are shown on the Web at order placement and prior to the confirmation of the same.The delivery is considered completed as soon as the transport company has handed the product over to the Customer and the addressee has signed the delivery receipt. The addressee will be responsible for checking the products at the time of receipt and expose all the caveats and complaints that may be justified.
José Adrián Martínez López as ADMINISTRATOR is not responsible for the misplacement nor for the incomplete delivery of orders, if the problem is caused by the previously indicated delivery company in charge of your order.
Purchaser’s Rights and Return Policies
The User will be able to return any item bought through the website www.muletta.com within the first 7 calendar days, as long as it is for the following reasons:
You may return the item purchased provided that the products have not been opened or used and keep their original seal or packaging. We do not accept returns if the product is not sent in perfect conditions, with its original packaging and unused.
The entire order must be returned, with all accessories and original packaging of products. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The client must meet the direct return costs.
According to the law, objects that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in the cases of defective merchandise.
If the product is defective, within these seven calendar days customers can also opt for product replacement.
Return by transport or error in shipping defects.
If at the time of delivery it is possible to clearly recognize, without need to manipulate the shipping packaging or product packaging, that a product has defects with damage due to transportation or if it can be appreciated, in the same way, an error in the goods received, the Client must indicate this at the time of delivery, and notify THE ADMINISTRATOR via email to Info@muletta.com or via telephone +52 (449) 919 6307, within the following 24 hours of receipt in order to request the return of the affected product or products and their replacement with a new one.
The defects due to transportation that are only visible after you unpack the product must be informed in the first 24 hours after order receipt as indicated above, indicating the order number, the damage to the product and urging the return of the damaged product and with it the replacement with a new one or refund of the price paid for it. THE ADMINISTRATOR will examine it and let the user know if they have the right to a replacement. The return of those products that are not in the same condition as received, or which have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be eligible for replacement. The return or replacement of the purchased item shall be made as soon as possible, and in any case, within the following 30 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the article is authorized. In these cases, THE ADMINISTRATOR will return the money of the purchase, within 30 days following the receipt of the User’s communication requesting the return. This will be done in the same means of payment used to pay for the purchase, or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the User.
Returns due to manufacturing defects
In the event of a manufacturing defect, you may return the item purchased as long as it has not been used and retains its original packaging. We do not accept returns if the product is not sent, with its original packaging and unused. In addition, the entire order must be returned, with all accessories and original packaging of products. Once the product has been received, THE ADMINISTRATOR will examine it and tell you if you have the right to a replacement.

In the event that the returned product is out of stock, the client may opt to choose another item of similar price and quality, or request a refund of the price paid for it. In these cases THE ADMINISTRATOR will return the money of the purchase, within 30 days following the receipt of the User’s communication requesting the return. This will be done in the same means of payment used to pay for the purchase, or by a bank transfer to the account indicated by the User.

The delivery of the requested new merchandise, as well as the previously defined delivery time, shall start running from the moment the product that was sent, has arrived in our offices with address: St. Jardín de la Estación #501B, Jardines de la Asunción, Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, México Zip Code: 20270.
Bearing in mind that all shipping charges will be covered by the user or customer, unless THE ADMINISTRATOR determines otherwise, taking into account that the shipping of the new merchandise will be made providing that the received item was delivered under the same conditions in which it was initially sent.
For any incident related to the return of any of our store’s items you should address THE ADMINISTRATOR by e- mail, sending a message to Info@muletta.com or through the customer service telephone +52 (449) 9196307. The notifications made by the Administrator to the User will be made according to the data provided when registering on the Website. The applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send are in writing. For this reason, you expressly agree to the use of e-mail as a valid procedure for the remission of all communications related to the use of the Website, recognizing for contractual purposes, that any communication send in this sense by THE ADMINISTRATOR, comply with the legal requirements to be in writing. All of the above, without prejudice to the recognized by law User´s rights.
The products purchased through this webpage, will be paid by the user on the Web, through, bank card or through the secure payment gateway determined by THE ADMINISTRATOR.
The User shall pay the full amount of the purchased products, so that the order will become valid once a payment confirmation from the bank is received. For payments with credit or debit card, the charge will be done online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the financial entity, once it has been established that the provided data is correct. Credit cards will be subject to the verifications and authorizations by the issuing entity, so if that entity does not authorize the payment, the administrator shall not be liable for any consequences arising from delay in delivery or the impossibility of the same.
Failure to comply with the obligations of either of the Parties for reasons of force majeure, shall not imply any liability for any of the parties. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the
cessation of the event of force majeure, in such a way that, either party may request the termination of the contract, without any compensation, if such cause is extended.
The products’ prices displayed on the website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable tax that are in force, unless typographical error. The offers shall be duly indicated on the screen.
Obligations of users
The Users agree to accept all the provisions and conditions contained in this General Contracting Conditions as well as to keep their personal access keys to the webpage confidential and secure. They also undertakes the commitment to facilitate at all times truthful information on the data requested in the user registration forms or in placing the order, and to maintain them updated

The User undertakes to facilitate the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases made through the webpage www.muletta.com are subjected to the Mexican legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of the present contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, in this case, will have knowledge of the matter, will make the applicable legal regulations available in terms of the competent jurisdiction, in which it is revised, in the case of consumers, the place of fulfilment of the obligation indicated by THE ADMINISTRATOR in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. Mexico. In the event that the purchaser is domiciled outside the country of Mexico, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Aguascalientes, Mexico.
